How could people just stand by and let that happen? We asked ourselves that question. Then we looked at the world around us and had a horrifying realization. We were the ones standing by. That was our last straw. This project is our protest against the silence that lets the dam of hate grow stronger.

The Eye and The Rain

Every storm needs a center of focused power. For us, that is Brotest. It's the promise that forms the eyewall of our movement, a commitment to redefine strength and stand against hate.

But a promise is just pressure building in the atmosphere. To make a storm real, you need rain.

That is Jourop. Inspired by the joy of finding painted rocks and the thrill of geocaching, Jourop is our practice in action. It’s a real-world game of finding, completing, and hiding challenges. Each one is a single, tangible drop of change.

Brotest is the promise.

From a Raindrop to a Flood

The dam we face is not built of concrete. It is built from generations of fear. It is the weaponization of religion to justify transphobia, the policies that strip away women’s rights, and the rhetoric that dehumanizes immigrants. It is a future that looks terrifyingly like *The Handmaid’s Tale*, a future we refuse to accept.

You don't break a dam like this with a single explosion. You break it with a flood.

Our storm begins with Jourop. Each challenge card is a single raindrop of courage. One raindrop inspires a stream. Thousands of streams form a river, a visible network of change that can erode the foundations of hate. Brotest is the commitment that gives this storm its direction, the eyewall that focuses its immense power.

Our ultimate hope is to become the flood of change. We want to build a community where we reshape the landscape into a more just and fair world, one courageous act at a time.
